At Julia Jewels, we offer free shipping on all orders, both within Poland and internationally.

Shipping Zones and Costs

We ship to Poland and International locations (EU & worldwide). Shipping is free on all orders, and there are no extra charges at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our order Cut-off time is 11:00 PM (GMT+01:00).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping):

  • Poland: 7–12 business days (Shipping time is typically 6–10 business days after dispatch).

  • International: 8–18 business days (Shipping time is typically 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on the country and region).

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs, holidays, or courier delays. We are not responsible for these external delays, but we guarantee that all products will ultimately be delivered to you.

Packaging Policy

The luxury gift boxes shown in the product images on our website are solely for presentation of the jewelry and are NOT included with the standard purchase. Our jewelry is delivered in safe and protective shipping packaging (e.g., bubble envelope or plastic bag) to ensure efficient transit and keep costs low.

Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the destination address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Julia Jewels is not responsible for the loss of the package or for any additional costs incurred. If the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Taxes & Customs

All prices for orders shipped within Poland and the EU include VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs or import fees may apply in the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes levied by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at any time.

Possible Delays

Deliveries may experience delays due to customs inspections, courier issues, holidays and high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of delays, we will keep you informed whenever possible.
